He completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Loma Linda University and Residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Southern California Medical Center.

Dr. Chung has published several articles on cancer management with The American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honorary Society in recognition of his academic achievement in medical school.
