Dr. Eric E. Chung

Born in Seoul, Korea and raised in California, Dr. Eric Chung excelled from an early age as the valedictorian of his high school class. He continued his education by attaining an undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD after which he attended medical school at the University of Southern California. During that time he was elected to become a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society in recognition of his academic achievements. After earning his medical degree, Dr. Chung completed an internship in internal medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center followed by residency training in radiation oncology at the University of Southern California Medical Center where he served as chief resident. Dr. Chung joined the Community Cancer Center of North Florida in 2007. He has participated in research studies and published literature on a variety of topics in radiation oncology and cancer management with the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology. Board certified in radiation oncology, Dr. Chung is a member of the American Brachytherapy Society and the American College of Radiation Oncology and serves as a board member for the American Cancer Society. In his spare time Dr. Chung enjoys travelling and taking his family to the beach.
