Dr. Samuel E. Myrick

Originally from St. Louis, MO, Dr. Samuel Myrick attended the University of Florida where he earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees. Afterwards, he completed an internship in general surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, additional post graduate training in surgery at the University of Mississippi in Jackson, MS and a fellowship in urology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He then returned to Florida to complete a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in medical oncology at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center in Jacksonville, FL. His achievements were recognized by the Omicron Delta Honorary Society. Dr. Myrick has extensive research experience which has led to the publication of numerous journal articles and invitations to present at professional meetings on topics such as prostate cancer and kidney function. Dr. Myrick is an avid dinghy sailboat racer and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
